How it works
PolyMedica supplies single-use procedure packs and clinical paper products to Australian general practice. Here's how a practice goes from first sample to ongoing supply, in eight steps.
1. Request a free sample
Email hello@polymedica.au or use the contact form to request a sterile sample of any of our SKUs — Skin Excision Pack, Micro Suture Kit, Bed Roll, or Toilet Roll. No obligation. No auto-enrolment. No sales pressure.
2. Sample arrives
We dispatch within 2-3 business days. Standard delivery 2-5 business days metropolitan, 3-8 days regional. Multi-site delivery configurable per practice account.
3. Evaluate the pack
Open it. Use it on a real procedure. See if it fits your workflow. If you'd like a walk-through, our outreach consultants can talk through the pack spec, the AS 5369:2023 single-use compliance argument, and the practice economics versus autoclaving (including the GPCCMP item 93203 and 10997 opportunity cost). Book a 15-minute call via the contact page.
4. Get a quote
Tell us your expected monthly volume and which SKUs interest you. We'll send a quote within one business day at PRO-tier pricing — or ESSENTIAL-tier if you're a pathology white-label partner. Pricing locks once you commit to subscription.
5. Set up your practice account
Create your account on the website. We approve and activate your tier-specific pricing on your account. Account holders see their locked rates on the catalogue.
6. Configure subscription cadence
Choose your monthly cadence per SKU. Typical practices order 50-200 packs/month. Cadence is fully configurable — skip a month, double up next month, modify SKU ratios. No lock-in contract.
7. First delivery arrives
Your monthly cadence starts. Sterile packs delivered to each of your sites. Your team confirms receipt; tracking and proof-of-delivery available on the practice dashboard.
8. Ongoing supply
Invoice monthly. Ship monthly. Modify cadence anytime. Add SKUs as your practice expands. Your dedicated account manager is reachable for anything custom — including the 316 stainless steel rebate program (collect used instruments, we facilitate recovery, credit applied to your account).
